[post_page_title]The Ring wanted you to watch the video[/post_page_title]
The Ring was a terrifying remake of a Japanese horror film, masterfully directed by Gore Verbinski. The director took the idea that watching movies or videos affects us (as anyone who watched the video in the film dies in seven days), to the extreme.
He made barely noticeable single frames of the creepy videotape pop up while watching the movies. The first one – at the very start of the movie – is one that pretty much everyone noticed, but some of them are very well hidden and require hitting the pause button to even notice.
