While it’s great that we have all this technology nowadays, it’s hard not to be wary about some of it. You never know where your information is going to end up, so some people are reluctant to use things like facial recognition.
Of course, as this person pointed out, the government doesn’t need people to use this software to have records of their faces. They’ve been getting that information from driver licenses for decades now, and no-one’s ever tried to stop them from being a thing.
