July 4 is an important day for many Americans because it’s the anniversary of the nation getting independence from the British. Most people have the day off work and school to celebrate, something that’s obviously appreciated by many.
Given that it’s a U.S. holiday, people in other parts of the world don’t acknowledge July 4 as being a special day. However, this person seemed to think that everyone else would be just as happy for their independence as the rest of the United States.
