We get what this person was trying to do here, but there’s a lot wrong with their plan. It appears that they’re attempting to charge their smartphone with a solar-powered battery pack. However, they’re draining their phone’s battery power by using its flashlight to charge the solar-powered pack.
That’s going to use more energy than what it gets back in return, so all they’re doing is draining the battery quicker. What’s more, the phone isn’t even plugged in, so it couldn’t be charged anyway.
