They say that children are the future, so we ought to pay more attention to them. In fact, there is a huge amount of hilarious test answers from kids on the Internet, and we’re here to show them to you. It’s true what they say: kids really do say the darndest things. And sometimes they do it on tests that teachers later have to grade without laughing. That must be the hardest part of being a teacher.

Spelling is a hard skill. It doesn’t really come naturally. You have to study a lot of a language to learn how to spell correctly, and it’s still easy to make mistakes even if you’ve been writing in that language for years and years. Yes, we made typos while typing up this list.
Don’t judge us. And don’t judge this poor kid for getting almost all of his spelling questions wrong. They were tough words! They did manage to get one correct, though: illiterate. Oh, how ironic. We don’t think that Shakespeare could have scripted this better.
